User experiences
should be strategic simple approachable intelligent measurable
I’m a UX Director with over a decade of experience leading enterprise product design in complex, operationally intensive domains.
I specialize in turning deeply technical tools into intuitive, actionable experiences. I believe good design starts with understanding how people actually work, and ends with interfaces that feel invisible in the best way.
At Oracle, I lead UX strategy across a global suite of restaurant and hospitality products, from point-of-sale and kitchen management systems to configuration tools, reporting platforms, and AI-driven workflows. These tools are used in over 300,000 locations worldwide and process more than 30 billion transactions annually.
My role focuses on transforming deeply technical enterprise systems into intuitive, human-centered tools that scale. I work across product, engineering, and field operations to align on long-term product direction, modernize legacy experiences, and bring a consistent design system to life across our portfolio.
Philosophy & focuses
I’m interested in building tools that make people smarter, faster, and more capable – not more overwhelmed. Whether leading design for enterprise workflows or exploring the role of AI in human-in-the-loop systems, I strive to create experiences that feel grounded, responsible, and useful.
Design is a leadership discipline
It’s not just execution, it’s how organizations clarify their thinking.
Systems matter
Whether UI systems or team systems, coherent structure is what enables scale.
AI requires design stewardship
It’s not enough to build powerful tools; we have to make them interpretable, trustworthy, and humane.
Responsibility is part of scale
As we design systems that reach millions, accountability must grow alongside capability.
